The Art of Costume

Elements Theatre Company present The Art of Costume. Venture behind the scenes to learn about the design and fabrication of the costumes that transport actor and audience alike into the world created by the playwright.

Join us for this hands-on exhibit and an opportunity to dialogue with the seamstresses and designers who work with the Director’s vision to create these works of art.

Designers and Seamstresses from Elements Theatre Company will be there to share what they do and seamstress Gail Gibson will lead the discussion and have some prepared questions as well. It’s casual seating on stools at design tables in the lower room design center. The exhibit will be open and discussion will begin at 1:00 pm. Students are very welcome! Please RSVP 508-240-2400.
