Labyrinth: A Legacy of Language

April 2016

Elements Theatre Company celebrated Shakespeare’s 400th anniversary, paying tribute to his brilliant life with Labyrinth: A Legacy of Language. The Company took us on a journey through the ages with several playwrights influenced by Shakespeare, exploring scenes of Revenge and Forgiveness—culminating with works of Shakespeare himself. Ibsen, Wilde, Stoppard, and other giants lent their voices in this homage to Shakespeare’s genius, through expressions of the human heart that echoed the Bard’s own masterful renderings of humanity—in all its grime and glory.
